OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated April 6, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 88 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 92-52 dated January 21, 1992, by adding "and to amend paragraph (

a) of Order in Council 81-1097G dated August 28, 1981, as amended, respecting the retirement of senior public servants by adding "Estelle Theriault" to the special class of persons listed therein immediately after "Management Compensation Pay Plan, level 29(2)".
