OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 18, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) purchase land located at Carters Beach, Central Port Mouton, Queens County containing 77+/- hectares (190+/- acres) and located within the bounds of land shown outlined in boldline on

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from Jill Wennerstrom, her heirs, executors, successors, or assigns, for a purchase price not to exceed $1,542,000, subject to the condition that Jill Wennerstrom, her heirs, executors, successors, or assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
