OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 24, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 25J of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective February 24, 2006, to: (
a) revoke the appointment of the Honourable Rodney J. MacDonald as Minister of Immigration, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2005-15 dated January 21, 2005; and (
b) assign responsibility for the Office of Immigration to the Honourable Ronald S. Russell, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Immigration.
