Order in Council 646/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 302/2020 dated February 20, 2020 that reappointed and redesignated Judith Jacob of Thunder Bay as a part-time lawyer member and part-time Vice-Chair of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
