Order in Council 956/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas

section 87 of the Legislative Assembly Act , R.S.O. 1990, C. L. 10, provides for the composition of the Board of Internal Economy of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario;

And

whereas paragraph 87(1)(

b) provides that the Lieutenant Governor in Council shall appoint a commissioner of the Board of Internal Economy from among the members of the Executive Council;

Therefore, Order in Council OC 1501/2014, dated November 19, 2014, is revoked, effective June 29, 2018.
