OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 4, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective on and after December 16, 2025, to assign to the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration: (
a) all affairs and matters relating to the Nova Scotia Community College; and (
b) the administration of the Community Colleges Act.
