Order in Council 1063/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 618/2014, dated the 9th day of April 2014, James Peter Irwin was appointed as a member of the Municipality of West Grey Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from April 9, 2014;

And

Whereas James Peter Irwin has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the Municipality of West Grey Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, James Peter Irwin is hereby reappointed as a member of the Municipality of West Grey Police Services Board for a term of three years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
