Order in Council 1184/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9 (2) and 10(1) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c. 16,

Donald Wright – Toronto

be re-appointed as a member of the Board of Metrolinx and re-designated as Chair to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective the date of this Order.
