OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated March 20, 2011, and pursuant to Sections 150 and 150B of
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act, is pleased, effective on and after April 12, 2011, to: (
a) repeal the Community Economic-Development Corporations Regulations, N.S. Reg. 79/98, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 1998-517 dated October 15, 1998; and (
b) make new regulations respecting community economic-development corporations in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
