Order in Council 488/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 4 of Ontario Regulation 618/98 made under the Development Corporations Act ,

Sumeeta Kohli of Mississauga

be reappointed as a member of the board of directors of the Ontario Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the later of the date this Order in Council is made or April 16, 2023.
