Section 25J of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective October 22, 2013, to assign responsibility for the Office of Immigration to the Honourable Lena Metlege Diab, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister of Immigration.
