Order in Council 442/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to

section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code , R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46, Shayne G. Kert of Toronto be reappointed as a part-time Lawyer member of the Ontario Review Board effective April 29, 2018 to and including December 31, 2018.
