Order in Council 804/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 11 (1) and (2) of the Education Quality and Accountability Office Act, 1996 ,

Kyle Wilson of Halton Hills

be reappointed as a director of the board of directors of the Education Quality and Accountability Office to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two (2) years, effective the later of June 18, 2022 and the date this Order in Council is made.
