Order in Council 815/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 86.1(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , André Ashley Ducasse , Barrister and Solicitor of Ottawa, Ontario, be appointed as associate judge of the Superior Court of Justice, effective June 11, 2026.
