OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated September 16, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of
Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act, and sections 10 and 13 of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council dated December 1, 1992, is pleased to: (
a) approve the granting of an additional loan of $95,000 plus a $1,305.34 processing fee to George DeVries, Rachel DeVries, and Donald DeVries to assist in the construction of a dairy heifer raising facility and manure storage facility on terms and conditions as defined in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation; and (
b) determine the rate of interest charged on this loan to be 6.65%.
