Order in Council 82/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2163/2017, dated November 1, 2017, Donna M. Hilsinger was reappointed as a member of the City of Sault Ste. Marie Police Services Board for a term of two years effective November 4, 2017;

And

whereas Donna M. Hilsinger has, in writing, resigned her appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 2163/2017 dated November 1, 2017, reappointing Donna M. Hilsinger as a member of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
