Order in Council 1377/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Gregory Larsen of Thunder Bay be reappointed a part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of one year, effective the later of February 2, 2019, or the date of this Order in Council.
