B.C. Reg. 91/2007, deposited April 11, 2007, pursuant to the COMMERCIAL TRANSPORT ACT [Section 11] and the MOTOR VEHICLE ACT [Section 210]. Order in Council 196/2007, approved and ordered April 11, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the

Schedule to the Commercial Transport Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 328/91, and the

Schedule to the Motor Vehicle Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 334/91, are amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

1 The

Schedule to the Commercial Transport Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 328/91, is amended in item 3

(

a) by striking out "TRAILER AND SEMI-TRAILER FEES" and substituting "GENERAL FEES", and

(

b) by repealing paragraph (

c) and substituting the following as indicated:

i) For a number plate, other than an Olympic number plate, issued under

section 6 (5) of the Act

For an Olympic number plate issued under

section 6 (5) of the Act as a substitute for a number plate, other than an Olympic number plate, previously issued to the owner of the

commercial vehicle, trailer or semi-trailer

For each annual renewal of an Olympic number plate (not prorated)

v) For a duplicate of any permit issued under the Act

2 The

Schedule to the Motor Vehicle Fees Regulation, B.C. Reg. 334/91, is amended

(

a) in subparagraph (

i) in Column 1 of item 5 by striking out "Act," and substituting "Act, excluding a personalized number plate, an Olympic number plate and a number plate issued with a special licence,", and

(

b) by adding the following item as indicated:
