OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated December 19, 2002, and pursuant to

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective December 19, 2002, to assign supervision of the administration of the Liquor Control Act to the Honourable Ronald S. Russell, a Member of the Executive Council.
