On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Chief Electoral Officer has recommended the reappointment of a returning officer,

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 7 (1) of the Election Act , Oliver Valz of Ottawa be reappointed Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Glengarry—Prescott—Russell effective the date of this Order.
