Order in Council 1075/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Lisa Del Vecchio was reappointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of three years, effective January 5, 2017, by Order in Council O.C. 1848/2016;

And

whereas Lisa Del Vecchio tendered her resignation effective June 22, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 1848/2016 be revoked effective June 22, 2019.
