Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage dated March 15, 2023, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 43 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Combat Sports Authority Act , and

Section 18 of the

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Adam Fraser of Eureka, Pictou County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Combat Sports Authority (formerly known as the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority) made by Order in Council 2022-292 dated December 1, 2022, effective April 4, 2023.
