OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated April 26, 2007, pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1993, the Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission Act, is pleased to nominate, for reappointment by the Council of Atlantic Premiers, as a member of the Maritime Provinces Harness Racing Commission: Russell Newman of North Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as representative of the region of Cape Breton for a term of office as determined by the Council of Atlantic Premiers.
