OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated June 6, 2012, and pursuant to clause 13(2)(
g) and subsection 14(1)of
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1992, the Dental Act , is pleased to appoint Stuart J. Beaton of Antigonish, Antigonish County as a member of the Provincial Dental Board of Nova Scotia for a three year term commencing August 7, 2012.
