Order in Council 93/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Ajmal Razmy of Toronto be reappointed as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a fixed term of one year, effective March 1, 2019.
