OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 26, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act,is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Kimberly Marie Robertson, made pursuant to Order in Council 1998-408 dated August 5, 1998; and (
b) appoint Kimberly Marie Whitman of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits for a term to expire August 31, 2003.
