OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment dated May 3, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 102 of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act , is pleased to amend the Solid Waste-Resource Management Regulations , N.S. Reg. 25/96, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 96-79 dated February 6, 1996, in the form set forth in
Schedule ‘A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after July 3, 2018.
