Order in Council 1788/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 87.2 (1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Laura Sue Ntoukas, Administrative Deputy Judge, Toronto Small Claims Court, Ontario be appointed as the Small Claims Court Administrative Judge of the Superior Court of Justice for a period of five years, effective September 14, 2017 .
