OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Energy dated January 15, 2008, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and such other authority vested in the Minister, is pleased to: (

a) approve the Atlantic Energy Framework Agreement to establish a framework for joint collaboration on Atlantic Energy Initiative; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Energy to execute the Atlantic Energy Framework Agreement set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, or one to like effect.
