OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Gas Distribution Act dated September 29, 2000, and pursuant to

Section 42 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1997, the Gas Distribution Act, is pleased to amend the Gas Distribution Regulations (Nova Scotia) made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 1998-576 dated November 10, 1998, in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after October 26, 2000.
