OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act dated November 30, 2009, and pursuant to subsections 4(1) and 7(3) of
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Securities Act, is pleased to: (a)\x09re-appoint Paul E. Radford of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a three-year term commencing on December 18, 2009; (
b) re-appoint J. Walter Thompson of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a three-year term commencing on December 18, 2009; (c)\x09revoke the appointment of Kenneth E. MacAulay as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission made by Order in Council 2007-345, effective June 24, 2009; (
d) appoint John A. Morash of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a three-year term commencing on December 18, 2009; and (
e) determine remuneration for each of Paul E. Radford, J. Walter Thompson and John A. Morash as members at $200 per one-half day, plus expenses commencing on December 18, 2009.
