Order in Council 1773/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 45(1) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021,

Melissa Young of Summerville, New Brunswick

be appointed as full-time chief executive officer of Skilled Trades Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years.

Further, this Order in Council is effective the later of when subsection 45(1) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 is proclaimed into force and January 1, 2022.
