Order in Council 1969/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 9(1) and 9(2) of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011

James Bruce Bodden of Toronto, Ontario

be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective February 25, 2017.
