OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting Minister of Human Resources dated February 28, 2008, and pursuant to

Article 6 of the Trust Agreement dated May 1, 1985, entered into between Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Province of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Government Employees Union, as amended by Agreement dated November 10, 2004, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Jane Fraser, Director of Finance, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, and Professor William G.R. Lahey, Dalhousie University, as Trustees of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund, each for a term of office of 3 years, effective January 1, 2008, on the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement as amended; and (

b) appoint Natalie Hovey, Capital District Health Authority, as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund, for a term of office of 3 years, effective March 26, 2008 and expiring December 31, 2010, on the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement as amended.
