OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 17, 2009, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land located in central Nova Scotia, from Ledwidge Lumber Company Limited, its trustees, approved successors and assigns, for a total purchase price not to exceed $391,000, including costs of acquisition, subject to the condition that Ledwidge Lumber Company Limited, its trustees, approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
