Order in Council 982/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 128 of the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021, and

section 337 and

Schedule 4 of the Ontario Regulation 246/22, Royal Poulin of Sturgeon Falls be reappointed as a part-time member of the Board of Management for the District of Nipissing West to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two years, effective August 15, 2025 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
