OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour dated August 8, 2000, pursuant to subsections (1), (2), (3) and (5) of

Section 151, to subsection (2) of

Section 152 and to subsections (1) and (2) of

Section 153 of

Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Gary Dean of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Workers' Compensation Board for a term of three (3) years commencing October 1, 2000 and ending September 30, 2003; (

b) appoint Charlene Long of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a member of the Workers' Compensation Board for a term of office of three (3) years commencing October 1, 2000 and ending September 30, 2003; (

c) determine the remuneration of Gary Dean and Charlene Long to be at the rate of $150.00 for each day spent in attendance at a meeting of the Board, plus actual and reasonable expenses incurred by them in the discharge of their duties.
