OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated September 24, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 147 of the Acts of 1970, the Saint Mary’s University Act , 1970 is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Rakesh Jain of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of Governors of Saint Mary’s University for a term of office of three (3) years commencing November 4, 2014; and (
b) appoint Jamie MacNeil of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Board of Governors of Saint Mary’s University for a term of office of three (3) years commencing November 4, 2014.
