Order in Council 1002/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 6.1(1) of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act , as amended,

Bernard Derible

of Woodbridge be appointed as the Commissioner of Emergency Management, effective from April 21, 2022 to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.

And that Order in Council numbered O.C. 1481/2021 dated October 28, 2021 be revoked effective the 21 st day of April 2022.
