B.C. Reg. 159/2008 , deposited June 26, 2008, pursuant to the WILDLIFE ACT [Sections 11 (5), 17 (1) (b), (3) and (6), 108] and the ENVIRONMENTAL (SPECIES AND PUBLIC PROTECTION) AMENDMENT ACT, 2008 [Section 12]. Ministerial Order M155/2008, dated June 24, 2008.

I, Barry Penner, Minister of Environment and Minister Responsible for Water Stewardship and Sustainable Communities, order that

1 The Hunting Licensing Regulation, B.C. Reg. 8/99, is amended in sections 8 (1) and (2) (c), 12, 13 (1), 23, 23.1 (1) and (2), 26 and 31 (2) by striking out "19 years" wherever it appears and substituting "18 years".

2 The Hunting Regulation, B.C. Reg. 190/84, is amended by striking out "19 years of age" wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting "18 years of age":

(

a) in

Schedule 1,

Part 2, sections 1.1 and 14 (2);

(

b) in

Schedule 2,

Part 2, sections 2.1 and 9 (4);

(

c) in

Schedule 3,

Part 2, sections 1 (6) and 7 (2);

(

d) in

Schedule 4,

Part 2, sections 2.1 (2), 6 (2) (

a) and (b), and 19 (2);

(

(

3 The Wildlife Act General Regulation, B.C. Reg. 340/82, is amended in

section 11.01 (

c) by striking out "19 years of age" and substituting "18 years of age".
