B.C. Reg. 74/2008 , deposited April 16, 2008, pursuant to the RESORT TIMBER ADMINISTRATION ACT [Section 4 (2) (a)]. Order in Council 225/2008, approved and ordered April 16, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 16, 2008, B.C. Reg. 166/2007, the Controlled Recreation Area ( Resort Timber Administration Act ) Regulation, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 1 of the Controlled Recreation Area (Resort Timber Administration Act) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 166/2007, is amended by striking out Item 2 in the table.

section is added:

2 Crown land outlined in heavy black and shaded grey on the maps on file with the Resort Development Branch of the Ministry of Tourism, Sport and the Arts with the file names listed in Column 2 of the following table are designated as controlled recreation areas effective on the date set out in Column 3:
