OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Addictions and Mental Health dated June 25, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective on and after July 16, 2024, to approve the Minister of Addictions and Mental Health entering into an Agreement with the Public Health Agency of Canada in relation to the implementation of the national 9-8-8 mental health crisis line in Nova Scotia, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the Agreement.
