Order in Council 158/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9(2) of the Metrolinx Act, 2006 , S.O. 2006, c. 16,

Paul Tsaparis, of Toronto

be re-appointed as a member of the Board of Metrolinx to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding two (2) years, effective the date this Order is made.
