Section 1 of the English version of the Judicature Act,

Chapter J-2 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended in the definition “Chief Justice” by striking out “his” wherever it appears and substituting “the Chief Justice’s”. 1 L’article 1 de la version anglaise de la
