OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated February 15, 2000, pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 155 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Executive Council Act, is pleased to make the following appointments, effective February 14, 2000, and until further Order of the Governor in Council: (

a) to be Acting Minister of Human Resources and Acting Minister responsible for

Part II of the Gaming Control Act, the Honourable Ronald S. Russell; and (

b) to be Acting Minister of the Environment, the Honourable Michael G. Baker.
