OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated April 20, 2007, and pursuant to Sections 7B and 7H of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, and to subsection 19(
f) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to approve the amendment to the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation's By-law #5 by approving the Non-Union Salary Levels by replacing Appendix "A" to By-law #5 as approved by Order in Council 2006-27 made by the Governor in Council on January 27, 2006, effective April 1, 2007.
