OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated March 4, 2014, and on the recommendation of the Nova Scotia Legal Aid Commission and pursuant to

Section 27 of

Chapter 252 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Legal Aid Act, is pleased to amend the Legal Aid General Regulations and Tariff of Fees , N.S.Reg 77/77, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 77-954 dated August 9, 1977, to revise the rates paid to private lawyers providing legal aid and the provision for reimbursing meal expenses in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 1, 2014.
