OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated November 20, 2009, and pursuant to Sections 2, 6,16 and 34 of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 2, and 9, and Sections 59A and 59C of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to Enterprise Castle Hall Alternatives, Inc., in an amount not to exceed One Million Four Hundred and Twenty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($1,422,900.00), authorized by the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated on October 27, 2009, on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development dated November 30, 2009; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
