An Act to Amend the Fish and Wildlife Act Loi modifiant la

Loi sur le poisson et la faune Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 1(1) of the French version of the Fish and Wildlife Act,

chapter F-14.1 of the Acts of New Bruns- wick, 1980, is amended 1 Le paragraphe 1(1) de la version française de la

chapitre F-14.1 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 1980, est modifié (

a) by repealing the definition “pêche à la cuiller”;

b) in the definition “pêche à la mouche” by striking out “cuiller” and substituting “traîne”;

b) à la définition « pêche à la mouche », par la sup- pression de « cuiller » et son remplacement par « traîne »; (

c) by adding the following definition in alphabeti- cal order:

b) by accompanying the holder of a valid Atlantic salmon licence who is 16 years of age or older to angle.

83.03(1) A person under the age of 16 years is required to be authorized to angle on special Crown reserve waters, regular Crown reserve waters or daily Crown reserve wa- ters described in

section 7 of the General Angling Regu- lation - Fish and Wildlife Act or on the waters described in
