Section 17 of
Chapter 197 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Health Services and Insurance Act, and clause 19(
f) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to repeal the regulations respecting ambulance subsidy program, N.S. Reg. 245/89, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 89-1366 dated December 5, 1989, effective on and after August 17, 2007.
